Joe Theismann is an entrepreneur and the most successful quarterback in the history of Washington’s NFL franchise. Most recently, he spent the last 2 decades working for ESPN and the NFL Network as an NFL analyst. Joe is currently a world-class entrepreneur whose positive, high-energy presentations provide audiences with strategies for handling trying circumstances and dealing with unforeseen change. He is well known for his long-standing community service efforts for St. Jude Children’s Hospital. He understands that teamwork is a necessary element to achieve success, and that good management and effective leadership is not a game of follow the leader: it’s about recognizing the potential that lies within PEOPLE— listening to them... trusting them... and motivating them — as individuals and as members of a team.
