Alan Fine is the founder and president of InsideOut Development, a professional services firm that provides training programs, coaching services, team performance workshops, consulting, and reinforcement solutions to a large global clientele.
Alan is considered the pioneer of the modern day coaching movement and is the co-creator of the widely recognized G.R.O.W.® Model. Alan is a New York Times Bestselling Author, international performance expert, National Speakers Association (NSA) member, sought-after keynote speaker, and well-respected business executive and professional athlete coach. He has dedicated the past 35 years to helping people from all walks of life elevate their performance and unlock potential. From the golf course to the boardroom, Alan has worked with many of the world's most respected athletes and organizations.
Inspired by a powerful personal performance breakthrough on the tennis court, Alan has refined and honed his coaching model into a profoundly simple and highly effective approach for improving individual and team performance—known as the InsideOut Approach.
