He continues to teach graduate level courses in leadership as he helps develop the next generation of transformational leaders.

Dr. Johnson is a former athlete and competitive bodybuilder. He has also coached athletes at the high school and collegiate level. He recently spent time in Malaysia developing a fitness diploma with their Ministry of Education.

Dr. Johnson currently serves on the national faculty of Concordia University School of Graduate Studies where he teaches courses in leadership. He shares his expertise and experiences in a style, which is engaging, entertaining, and educational.
