Recently, Carlos has worked as a Sales Consultant Innovator at Grupo CMR, one of the first HR Consulting firms in Spain. He has developed and implemented several customer service, sales, and leadership development projects, and been responsible for generating revenue and growth.

Carlos began collaborating with Delivering Happiness as a follower of the movement and has slowly become one of the key members of the community, and one of the critical European happiness leaders. He is proud to have discovered that creating happiness is his passion and purpose in life, and is thrilled to have the opportunity to spread that passion through his work with Delivering Happiness.
