I've been working as a full-time international keynote motivational speaker the world over for the last 15 years and my audiences vary from small executive leadership groups of 10 - 40 people all the way up to 15 000 people at global kick-off events for top international brands. My success as a speaker comes down to my authenticity and my story telling approach based on my own experiences. I use a lot of self-deprecating humour in my keynote presentation. I've developed a technique to take my audience through all the emotions on the spectrum. From tears of laughter to tears of self-reflection, I hold them in the palm of my hand throughout, while sharing my personal learnings. I provide tools which they can use to overcome any obstacle.

Given my life-long personal history with blindness I'm in a very good position to speak authentically about diversity and inclusion. More often than not I happened to be on the exclusion side when it came to the set believes of many abled body individuals and organizations. This had a major influence on me as a blind person and years ago I vowed to actively engage organizations and individuals to help break down the barriers to entry for the employment of the blind and individuals with disabilities

To further support the inclusion of the blind in the 4th industrial revolution I founded the Hein Wagner Academy, where we currently have just on 50 blind adult students in full-time training. Our internationally accredited courses are carefully selected to ensure we give every blind individual the best chance of finding meaningful employment/careers.
