Rosemarie Rossetti, Ph.D. is a powerful, internationally known speaker, consultant, and author. She is the founder and president of Rossetti Enterprises Inc. since January 1997.
She delivers presentations in person as well as virtually.
In June 1998, Rossetti was crushed by a 7,000-pound tree while riding her bicycle. Paralyzed from the waist down with a spinal cord injury, Rossetti looked deep within herself and found new strength and new resolve. In her keynote speeches, she shares the lessons she has learned since that fateful day to empower her audiences. She demonstrates how to rise above misfortune and live life with conviction. Her motivational keynote, Attaining Competitive Advantages by Managing & Embracing Change, is a transformational experience that will empower audience participants to embrace change, improve performance, be resilient, and unlock their competitive advantage. She also speaks to and consults with meeting professionals to help them create a welcoming inclusive environment to ensure that they exceed requirements mandated by the venue and the meeting organizer. Her topic is Accommodating People with Disabilities at In-Person and Virtual Meetings and Events. She speaks from her wheelchair sharing her own dramatic personal story and experiences speaking at and attending meetings and events. This presentation helps her audiences save time, reduce stress, and achieve success in planning more diverse and inclusive meetings and events. She is a recognized expert on diversity and inclusion with many articles and podcasts on this subject.
She and her husband Mark Leder were the designers, general contractors, and are the owners and occupants of the Universal Design Living Laboratory, the national demonstration home and garden in Columbus, Ohio.
