Tami is an energetic and thought-provoking communicator and performer, with extensive background in both corporate and independent environments. She holds a Master of Fine Arts degree and Bachelors degrees in Broadcasting Communications, and Theatre. She has CTI coaching training, and firmly believes laughter is a vital part of learning and living.
She is a respected member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) – currently the President of the New York City Chapter, Screen Actor's Guild (SAG), Actor's Equity Association (AEA), and the Association for Television and Radio Actors (AFTRA). Her book Half Full Of It: Activating Optimism and Other Hard Core Soft Skills was named one of the top motivational books of 2014 by the Indie Book Awards. She was named TOP 5 New Speakers 2012 by the National Speakers Association and was also recently honored with the distinction of Best Avocado Sandwiches On The Planet, by her young son, Becket.
